EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We ensure that all our product is handled carefully while packaging and the shipment only proceeds post quality check of the product. Still, in any case, you receive any damaged product, please feel free to contact us immediately on 9321612288 or you can also write us to info@bridalform.in

1. 1.Please notify us within 7 days of your purchase, else we will not be able to extend any help in case the purchase exceeds the given time period.
2. 2.Exchange of product should be more than 300
3. 3.Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards of certain items, we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on Briefs , Panties and bra panty sets.
4. 4.We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition along with its tags, and packaging. *You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to maintain its condition.
5. 4.Product purchase under the clearance sale will not be returned or exchanged , Product received as freebies will also not be exchanged.
6. 5.Product will be exchanged only if the tags are intact.
7. 6.We do not accept products for exchange or return which are worn or stained.
8. 7.Product kept for exchange or return should be packed properly so that they are not damaged in the reverse pick-up process.
9. 7.There is only way to return the product to us.
   Self-Ship:  we don’t offer a pick up at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us.
10. All exchange/refunds will be processed after receiving the original product(s) back in the warehouse. Once we receive the product(s), we will examine and after the approval, we initiate the exchange/refund.
11. 8.It will take a minimum of 12 to 15 working days to process any exchange/refund.

Bridalform reserve the rights to refuse exchange or return, based on the condition of the product(s) being returned. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing an order. In case a prepaid order is cancelled, the refund will reflect back in the account within 6-7 working days.
